  • We have multiple intakes every school year, so you can choose September, January or April starting times. You’ll be able to pick one at checkout.

  • Our programmes include weekly one-hour lessons, with the recording shared soon after for those that can’t attend. For private 1:1 tuition, lessons last either 50 minutes or 1 hour.

  • Yes. All our tutors have a current, enhanced DBS certificate, which can be provided to clients on request.

  • All our tutors have a current, enhanced DBS check. On our group programmes, only first name and initials are used (e.g. Jake M). Parents have the option for their child to have camera on or off.

  • Once a programme has begun, we are unable to provide refunds. However, in exceptional cases, we may be able to transfer your child to an alternative programme or intake.

  • All our tuition is online, though video-calling technology means that we are able to interact just as well.

  • Absolutely! We tutor children from Cheltenham to China!

  • There is no maximum amount to our group tuition programmes. They have been set up so that - no matter the number of participants - your child will still receive individual attention and feedback.

  • Our lessons are recorded and sent to you so you can always catch up with a missed session.

  • Absolutely! Our programmes a step-by-step technology guide so you know what’s what. And if you’re still unclear, we’re always available by email to help.

  • All you need to access our programmes is a laptop with good internet connection.

  • There isn’t a discount for siblings. However, on completion of one our programmes we will send you special discount codes in case a sibling would like to try a course also.

  • Our programme’s lessons are live on Mondays at 5pm UK time. For 1:1 tuition, the time of lessons will be pre-agreed by you and the tutor according to your schedules.

  • We strongly believe great education should be accessible to all. Our long-term plan is to have sponsored slots for disadvantaged children.

    In the meantime, we have ensured that anyone booking onto one of our programmes has the option to pay in instalments.

  • Yes! You can pay upfront by debit or credit card, weekly, monthly or in three instalments via Stripe, which accepts most credit and debit cards. Sorry, we do not accept American Express.
